    Expanding a global brand requires more than agreements and strategy sessions. It requires time spent with partners, understanding their operations, and working together to unlock opportunities within each market.

    Recently, three members of the established.inc headquarters team, Fanny, Davilon, and Clélia, traveled to India to meet with Schneider brand partners across three major cities. The visit included meetings with partners responsible for tools, consumer electronics, and home appliances, each playing a key role in developing the Schneider brand within the region.

    Across New Delhi, Ahmedabad, and Bangalore, the purpose of the trip was clear. The goal was to strengthen collaboration, support brand partners in their local markets, and align on the next phase of Schneider’s growth in India.

    Building Momentum with Schneider Brand Partners 

    India represents one of the world’s most dynamic consumer markets, and Schneider’s growth in the region is being driven by a network of capable brand partners who understand local consumers, retail environments, and product demand.

    Meeting these partners in person provides valuable insight into how Schneider products are being developed, manufactured, and introduced to the market. It also allows the established.inc team to work closely with partners on strategy, execution, and long term growth.

    During the trip, the team visited three Schneider brand partners representing distinct product categories and business models.

    New Delhi: Supporting Schneider’s Tools Business with Alok Tools

    The first stop on the journey brought the team to New Delhi, where they met with Alok Tools, Schneider’s brand partner for hand tools and power tools in India.

    The visit included a tour of the company’s headquarters and quality control warehouse, where Schneider product packaging is produced on site. With the partnership still in its early stages, discussions focused on category development, market positioning, and long term opportunities for the Schneider tools business in India.

    More importantly, the visit helped strengthen the working relationship between both teams as the partnership begins to scale.

    Ahmedabad: Culture, Collaboration, and Product Innovation with Wogom 

    The next stop brought the established.inc team to Ahmedabad, where they visited Wogom, Schneider’s brand partner for televisions, audio products, and small appliances.

    The visit began with Wogom’s daily morning ceremony, where the entire company gathers to start the day together. From there, both teams explored Schneider’s current and upcoming product lineup in the company’s demo room and discussed the brand’s expansion plans across India.

    The visit also included a press conference with local journalists and a tour of the company’s manufacturing facilities. This provided a closer look at how Schneider products are assembled for the Indian market.

    The day concluded with a symbolic gesture. The planting of three mango trees, each named after the established.inc visitors, represented a partnership designed to grow over time.

    Bangalore: Strategic Alignment with Dawntech

    The final stop of the trip brought the team to Bangalore, where they met with Dawntech, Schneider’s brand partner for large home appliances in India.

    During meetings with the company’s owner and product management team, discussions focused on the strategy for developing Schneider’s large appliance categories in the region.

    These conversations allowed both organizations to review the current trajectory of the business and align on the next phase of product and market development within India’s rapidly growing appliance sector.
