When building a global brand, understanding a partner’s culture and operational approach can be just as important as reviewing business plans.
That perspective was on full display when the established.inc headquarters team visited Wogom, Schneider’s brand partner for televisions, audio, and small appliances in India, at their headquarters in Ahmedabad.
The visit combined business discussions, product demonstrations, and cultural moments that highlighted the strength of the partnership.
The visit began with Wogom’s daily morning ceremony, a company tradition designed to bring the team together and set the tone for the day ahead.
Fanny, Davilon, and Clélia from established.inc joined the entire Wogom team during the ceremony. This experience provided a unique look into the company’s collaborative culture.
Following the gathering, both teams met to discuss Wogom’s business plans and the ongoing rollout of Schneider products across India.
A tour of Wogom’s demo room allowed the established.inc team to explore Schneider products currently available in the market, as well as models that will be launching in the near future.
The hands on experience provided valuable insight into how the brand is being presented to Indian consumers and how upcoming products will expand Schneider’s presence in the region.
The visit also included a press conference with local journalists, where both teams discussed the growing Schneider brand in India.
Questions focused on why Wogom represents a strong partner for the brand and how the company plans to introduce Schneider’s product range to consumers across the country.

Clélia Goazou, Key Account Manager, established.Inc
To better understand the operational side of the business, the established.inc team visited Wogom’s manufacturing facilities, where Schneider televisions, audio products, and appliances are assembled.
Seeing the production process firsthand provided valuable insight into the scale and capabilities supporting Schneider’s expansion in the Indian market.
The day concluded with a meaningful moment that captured the spirit of the partnership.
The Wogom team invited the established.inc visitors to plant mango trees at the company headquarters, naming each tree after Fanny Guennec, Davilone Chanthavong, and Clélia Goazou.
The trees represent something both organizations expect to grow stronger over time. The partnership is built on trust, collaboration, and shared ambition.
