As CFO of established.inc, he is responsible for the financial planning, treasury, and accounting functions, as well as working closely with the CEO to develop and execute the company’s long-term strategic vision. Prior to his role at established.inc, Mike served as SVP and CFO of Newco Midstream, Dax, a private equity backed energy company based out of Houston, Texas. The company’s successful sale for $1.15 billion was recognized as one of the most successful private equity midstream exits ever at the time.
