During their recent visit to India, members of the established.inc headquarters team traveled to New Delhi to meet with Alok Tools, Schneider’s brand partner for hand tools and power tools in India.
The visit provided an opportunity to connect in person and gain deeper insight into how the Schneider tools business is being developed locally.
Although Alok Tools had completed its onboarding with the Schneider brand months earlier, the visit allowed the established.inc team to see the company’s operations in action.
The team toured Alok Tools’ headquarters and quality control warehouse, where Schneider product packaging is produced directly on site. This integrated approach allows the partner to maintain tight oversight of product presentation and quality before items reach the market.
The visit also provided a chance to meet the broader team responsible for launching and managing the Schneider tools category in India.

With Alok Tools still in the early stages of developing the Schneider tools business in India, discussions during the visit focused on both current progress and long term opportunities.
Topics included category development, product positioning, and how the Schneider brand platform can support continued expansion in the region.
More importantly, the visit helped establish a stronger working relationship between both teams as the partnership begins to take shape.
